I had a delightful stay at Nh Bangkok Sukhumvit Boulevard. The room was comfortable with a spectacular view from the 21st floor and the staff were attentive, always ready to assist with recommendations and providing a warm welcome.

No Indian food options.

The breakfast spread offers a decent variety, appealing to different tastes. The buffet serves food quickly, so you don't have to wait long, especially if you arrive early.

Housekeeping was a significant issue. dirty rooms and insufficient towel replacements were commonplace. Maintenance disruptions made sleep elusive, with multiple noise disturbances throughout the stay. Additionally, the toilet issues and power interruptions were frustrating. these shouldn't happen in a well-managed hotel.

The hotel offers a fantastic starting point with easy access to popular spots like Terminal 21, just a short 15-minute walk away, and the vibrant street eateries of Korean Town, located barely 500 meters away, making city strolling a joy. i especially loved the range of dining options nearby, from casual bites to more upscale meals, which catered perfectly to my weekend cravings while exploring the area.

The Vienna Beef hot dogs near the hotel were unbeatable! Plus, the pool area was sanitized and ready, perfect for a quick dip. We loved how attentive the staff made the birthday celebration extra special with decorations and a sweet little cake in our room.

Great location near the BTS made exploring Bangkok easy. The Superior Room had excellent water pressure and continuous hot water, which was refreshing after a long day. The staff at reception were patient and very helpful, making check-in a breeze. However, I was disappointed that the room didn’t have the promised city view. instead, I overlooked a wall. Also, the absence of chairs on the balcony and an ashtray was frustrating. Some aspects need attention, like ensuring accurate room descriptions and more thorough cleanings. The experience felt mixed because of these issues.
